I had a great experience with Rent--A-Center! On short notice I had to move from a furnished rental house to an unfurnished one. Pat Thomas took care of all of my needs and was exceptionally helpful. I told her what I needed, my price range, and when I needed it. She nailed it. What should have been a stressful experience became easy and fun with Rent-A-Center. Thanks Pat!

Pretty much scammers!! Told me a price on some appliances I wanted and then changed the price on the paperwork and tried to get me to sign it...

They call too damn much. They don't give you time to come in and pay the damn bill before they start calling. If my bill says the 1st just bc it's that day don't mean for you to start calling me hell can I get up out of my damn bed and wash my face my ass and brush my teeth 1st. Y'all close at 8pm now if I haven't came in by 8pm on the 1st your more than welcome to call me on the 2nd
