Dr Esan is a good doctor but his administrative setup is a nightmare. The staff are rude and billing is a mess. His staff can care less if you are ill and need to see the doctor. I'm all for waiting for the next available appointment but if you are ill the office should try their best to accommodate you. Instead I was told (By Betty)... \If you are not well you should go to the emergency room\. WHAT?! I couldn't believe my ears!!!! She made no attempt to help me.

The office finally got updated & it feels very airy especially for the patients in the waiting area. Dr. Esan is an excellent doctor with great bedside manners & great quality care. Unfortunately he turns a deaf ear with his staff mainly Betty at the front desk. This womam is so rude she turns her back to patients while u are mid sentence. Has no professionalism or way of speaking to anyone. While in the waiting area I observed her treating Hispanics differently. Maybe Dr Esan should consider this instead of ignoring how patients are treated. Sadly other patients while there said this woman is always treating them like this despite of the numerous complaints against her. I personally will not be sending more referrals here and will seriously contemplate coming back again.
Sooo I'm actually doing one of these things. I don't leave reviews on the internet for anything, but this Doctor and his excellent practice deserves it. Talk about professional. If I weren't sensitive about revealing personal details regarding care a loved one received here, I would go into so much of why I believe Dr. Esan, his staff and this location is an absolute treasure.
I have to say, I can't recommend a doctor more than Dr. Esan. Trust and believe me when I tell you that this guy is different. The time and care that he spends on each patient makes you feel like he's a member of your family. The various medical assistants or practitioners he has in his office are extremely nice and always maintain the utmost professionalism. There are numerous other places in and around the general area that my mother use to go to, but each time there were the usual issues of unusually long wait times, or where service ultimately felt inadequate. It was through not just other patients, but acquaintances on both my end as well as my mothers that we kept hearing about a Dr. Esan at 320 Wilson Street in West Hempstead, so we finally decided to give it a try and my mother has never been happier. One thing is a guarantee at Dr. Esan's office. If you find yourself waiting a little longer than you might expect, it will be for a very good reason. They are very professional and the wait at Dr. Esan's office never feels like a wait at your typical doctor's office. You feel like you are among friends, and so long as my mother is most comfortable there, that's where I will continue to take her. If at any point in time anybody went here and didn't have an excellent experience, I can guarantee that isn't the norm.
Staff is very nice. They take their time. Dr. Esan is a great o nice! His bedside manner is excellent I am so happy I came to see him!
