Went to get an oil change. They gave me a time frame of an hour and a half. Signed the paperwork. Sat down. They pulled my vehicle in, came out, and informed me that they didn't have any oil filters. This seems improbable for a Quick Lane facility. They called the alternate location in Hamburg. They had one. I drove there. Upon arrival I was informed they had to check to see if they had a filter. Apparently no one recalled the getzville phonecall from forty minutes earlier. They found a filter. Oil change was completed in 30 mins. I will continue using Quick Lane as it's overall a better standard than other similar facilities. All considered the oil change was technically completed in the initial time frame estimate.\u200d️ I had to share this because it was so bizarre.
