Dr. Bakhtary became my ID doc because I had been rushed into surgery from an infection after hip replacement surgery. After almost undergoing another emergency procedure because she thought the infection was not clearing up, I finally asked if I might be allergic to the medication I was on...that possibilty did not even occur to her and yes that was the issue. Stay away big time.

Would not recommend. My family has had Lyme Disease since 1998 and we were looking for new doctor closer to home. Front desk and office manager were not helpful or kind- would not give any information about doctor or their experience with Lyme Disease until they had a referral and case history. They were abrupt and single focused on getting paperwork and kept repeating that and wouldn't answer any simple questions about their practice. If the front desk cannot even show consideration for a sick patient, I think the doctor should look into how they are represented.
