I gave it a three because the real relationship starts when I need their help. However, the customer service was great and I didnt feel pressure to buy. As for the price and the coverage, they are great. I would give them a 5 start on that department. Howeverm time will tell and I hope I never have to call them since that means I have been doing my job right lol
