Oscar was my service rep and did a terrific job of clearly explaining the service work required, the process and communicating. Work was well done and promptly. Additionally, West Houston provided a loaner car which was great assistance. Lastly, when I picked up my car, it was washed and ready to go. Highly recommend West Houston Infinity.

Awesome experience! Service greeted me as I pulled up, confirmed my information and escorted me to a well-appointed and comfortable waiting lounge. I was able to track the status of my vehicle the entire time and was ready to go sooner than I thought. Checkout took just a minute and I was escorted to my vehicle, which had been washed and looked amazing! Will 100% come here again!

Exceptional Experience! After communicating with the other 3 Infiniti dealers in Houston prior to visiting, West Houston Infiniti was truly the best to go with. The sales rep (George Lane) was terrific, friendly, and informative! The manager (Alex) truly surprised me and not what I expected- he made the client experience even more positive. The finance manager (Ki), like his teammates, justly delivered- and he's a funny guy. Long story short, the staff here did NOT have that pushy, dishonest, and deceiving \car salesman\ stereotype many of us have seen. I've purchased many cars over the years, and I know how to spot the bad ones. This dealer did not play that \car game.\ Just upfront fair pricing- everyone wins. Thank you!
