Very impressed! I leased from Atlantic when they were in Amityville and arranged a return in their new West Islip location. Frankly, I was just going to do a drop off. But they were so helpful and friendly about everything. One thing led to another, and I ended up leasing a new Highlander here. The deal was great. My payment actually ended up close to the same as the previous lease. The dealership looks pretty recently updated. It's big and open, not crammed with so much you can't move around. And the customer lounge area is fantastic! It's more like what you'd find in a Lexus store. I highly recommend this dealership. It has been well worth my going out of my way a bit to do business here

This is my first time having my car serviced by Toyota/ Hyundai dealership in West Islip. I purchased my car last June and needed an oil change and an all around tune up. The process was painless and easy. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and helpful from start to finish. I have a separate problem with my vehicle and spoke to the service manager. He looked into it and has already ordered the parts. They took the time to talk to me and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was able to wait for my car in the waiting area. The area was clean and everyone wore masks and followed safety procedures.
