I wouldn’t normally write a review. I’m just not the type- but in this case it’s only right to write one. The service was great and it should be noticed. I’m born and raised in New York City and it came time for me to lease my first car. I did a bunch of research online and decided on a very particular Jeep Grand Cherokee 2021. I looked at many dealerships all around and dealt with many sales people. I considered compromising but it just never felt right- I felt rushed, pushed and sold to. I finally found the Jeep I was looking for at Atlantic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram LI. I was nervous and excited at the same time. I worked with Alejandro and he did a really great job. He understood it was my first vehicle and I was particular . He took the time to explain everything to me. He was personable, attentive, he made me feel comfortable and he was never pushy . He answered every single one of my many questions and concerns. He worked out a great deal for me and it felt right. What a wonderful experience - Thank you . I love my Jeep !
