Beware of working with Stacey. We engaged Stacey’s services to give our kitchen a face lift. To start off Stacey is not very polished in th way she speaks/addresses clients. She continuously has snarky remarks and will complain about difficulties she may need to work around. Once you do not use her over priced handy man she pushes you aside and does not care about the work being done. The biggest complaint is the floor she chose for us was not the product we assumed it was. When received it was completely different hen what was explained. When brought up to Stacey, she too admitted thinking it was different. Due to the place she orders from there is no way to return. When we asked Stacey to help us she blamed us saying we say the sample board and should have known better. Her true character is as long as she is making a profit and doesn’t have to do heavy lifting she is happy. She is condescending and could use some sales training skills.
