This place has the most uplifting drive through attendant, this person definitely is not paid enough. It’s great to see people actually instilling happiness during these time. Great job keep you spirits spring going strong.....

Convenient location but hard to get out of, very tight driveway adjacent to KFC. Right turn Only out. Service normally is ok here but today it was the change of shifts. Weird they were cashing out at the counter counting . #Management take note. 5 people there staff, 2 had zero people skills said nothing. 2 really rough looking male staff, one that needs a beard guard and didn't have one waited on people. The guy who waited on me had the attention span of a flea! Had to repeat my order ,very simple 1 item twice. He did apologize after. If that female cash counter was management, she certainly didn't have any personality. Pumpkin muffin was delicious.
Quick service. Decent coffee. Always go here when I need quick coffee. Will on occasion get grumpy cahsiers. Other than that it's great!
its a Dunkin... They do have drive through as well as in store ordering which is nice.
Disappointing experience past few trips. Employees are not paying attention to orders how do you forget to put meat on a bacon egg and cheese or neglect to put sugar in a coffee labeled 6 and 6. Im not usually one to complain but there mistakes are happening more often then getting it right.
West Lebanon today 2/20/2021 The coffee was thrown out . Brown stick in coffee spout , NO !!! More handling of products during Covid is not good! There is nothing worth more than five minutes waiting in any dunkin
I have been to many DD's before, but don't live near one anymore. This was my first visit to one in a few years, and it was not good. The coffee was weak, the doughnuts stale, the doughnut selection was minimal, as well as the 3 Bagel selection. I had wanted a toasted onion bagel, or garlic. All they had was everything, multigrain, or cinnamon raisin. I ordered my bagel extra toasted, open faced, heavy cream cheese. I asked for it 5 times when I ordered and explained what open faced means. My bagel was way smaller than I remember them being, it was hardly toasted, only a thin layer of cream cherse SANDWICHED between the two halves. Either the quality of the entire Dunkin Donut franchise has gone downhill, or this particular location is being mismanaged and should loose its franchise rights.
Dunkins can be a bit of hit or miss and this one leans towards the latter. Mistakes happen occasionally but when it happens multiple times in the same order, this is a call for staff training. Latte is not black coffee, toasted bagel with butter means toasted and buttered. Will be back again though since i run on caffeine
