Service is kinda bland speaking wise, and they keep forgetting to add sweeteners to my coffee. Though I order online otherwise the food is good! Nothing is ever dry or burnt like some places. I literally ordered a latte today and it had a small amount of milk and none of the extras I ordered, so bitter :(

At the time I visited this DD, the staff just received a large order that depleted the current coffee supply. With the place packed and receiving more orders, all employees were professional and polite. Fresh pots were brewed, all customers served, and I was very happy to enjoy a very well made cup of coffee. Thanks for the great service. (_)
When I'm not stopiing at the one on West Street by KFC, I stop at this one. I just did a review on Grace, who overseas both sites and again, I want to thank you and your crew for always giving me great customer service and finding and holding on to my wallet. Thank you so much!

Visited this morning for birthday munchkins for my son. Manager, Kevin, was so friendly and welcoming I was compelled to write this note. Thanks for being so cheerful early in the morning!
Monday night 8:00 p.m. - 8:40 p.m.. Called to make large order for morning, to make it easier on the AM associates, and after many rings guy answered and said they couldn't hear me and hung up. Called five more times and no answer. Called Walmart Dunkins and Lebanon (one in the gas station) and they both picked up in three rings and heard me just fine. Not my phone - Associate not interested in taking calls after 8:00 p.m.. Fine service in the morning. Those guys can blame the night shift for not helping them with my large order in the morning.
Loved this Dunkin, but they couldn't restock their donuts it's in the name bruh
Very clean with very nice employees. They actually go out of their way to make your experience pleasant. Which means the food is good and they get your order right.
