Brought my sewing machine in as it was having an issue when I was making some masks. They fixed it and it runs beautifully. I was just able to make 3 masks in a very short amount of time with no issues. Very affordable and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Took my older Singer here in late August of last year because it would not wind a bobbin. Checked back after a few weeks and was told it was still in line. Checked back again the following _February_ because I still had heard nothing and was told it could not be repaired because it was missing the magnetic plate that goes below the needle. That plate was on there when I brought it in and I said so. I was told it would be replaced. Picked it up a few weeks later and paid 80 only to find it _still_ did not wind a bobbin, it was dripping with oil, plus it had trouble making button-holes, which wasn't the case before. Took it to an independent repair-person / former Singer employee who told me multiple parts were incorrectly installed.

Went in to buy replacement bags for my Miele vacuum. They did not have the U bags I was looking for but sold me KK bags which were not at all what I needed. Either they don't know what they're talking about or just don't care. Worse, very off-putting and unfriendly. Not even a thank you or anything. I could have easily gotten the bags on line but like to support local business. That's why it is always a mystery to me who some local business people can be so incompetent and/or unfriendly and wonder why people would rather order stuff on-line for less money.

Just wanted to purchase vacuum cleaner bags. Stood there for 5 minutes no even bothered to ask if i needed help everyone was busy talking to each other. So i would say if you have all day to stand @ shop there otherwise get what you need on line like i am going to from now on

I have to take my business online which isn't my preference. Unfortunately I've had enough of the hours changing and not matching their own website and not even matching the sign on the door. No one answers the phone or unlocks the door 25 minutes after being open. Very disappointing how unorganized the business has become.
