We were first introduced to Pearce through law school friends who bought their engagement ring there. My husband had my engagement ring made there after their recommendation. We have been customers of Pearce for 20 years now and do not go anywhere else to find jewelry. The quality and selection of their jewelry is amazing and diverse. There is something there for anyone's tastes. The staff has always been so helpful and friendly. They are willing to help you find something of your liking and are willing to show you anything of interest. We are always greeted warmly and given the space to browse without pressure. We have gone in not knowing what we truly wanted and then came out with a gorgeous piece because the staff listens and understands our needs while assisting us in finding just the right item. We have had pieces fixed there too and the turnaround time is reasonable. We can't recommend them enough.

I visited Pearce Jewelers today to swap out a watch band on my Liv watch, which tends to be more of a challenge to replace due to the craftsmanship of the watch. Fortunately for me, they had a jeweler on site who was able swap out the bands pretty easily and quickly. I was also impressed with their selection of fine jewelry throughout their collection. Thank you Pearce Jewelers for providing me with exceptional service!

I have a very special ring that needed to be resized. After I dropped it off, Lori called to tell me one of accent diamonds needed to be replaced. When I picked up the ring, I couldn't believe how amazing the ring had turned out. Not only did they replace the diamond and size it, but they complete cleaned and refurbished it. I couldn't be happier. Laurie and Jordan are amazing and Pearce will be my go to jeweler from now on. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

With the help of Lori Roy and Jordan Schucart at Pearce Jewelers, they helped me find the most beautiful engagement diamond and band for my fiancé. The ring I purchased went way beyond my expectations and was like nothing I have ever seen before. What they created to be bright, spectacular, and amazing was just them exhibiting their expertise as incredible jewelers. The compassion and true inner beauty came when they incorporated a Peridot stone into the inside of the band. Although the oval diamond on top of the band stands out, the Peridot stone is my fiancé's father's birthstone. He passed away a year ago, and she still misses him every day. Lori and Jordan created a heartfelt reminder that will be close to my fiancé forever. To make this all come true, I never even had to set foot in their store. They treated me like family over the phone, email, and checkups on how everything was coming together. Lori and Jordan, thank you for taking the time to find a diamond, create a ring, and bring overwhelming amounts of joy to my fiancé and I. You two are truthfully the best! The best, Red!
