It's the only one around and the parking lot is small and the line is always long. The baristas are super friendly, however, and they have never made me a bad drink, unlike Dunkin which seems to be inconsistent. Where I come from, they have Starbucks like the north has Dunkin, so I'm pretty partial and biased anyways. I will say that from about 10 am is when they seem to get busy and through lunch as well. But I've only gone on Saturdays when I'm off work - therefore the work week might be better. Just be careful in the parking lot. It's crazy.
I love this location! Even though they’re always busy they are so kind and helpful and take the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you order. I had a lovely experience in the drive thru and I’m so grateful to these humans still showing up with their a games in the middle of a pandemic.
Awesome service, they looked really busy when pulling into the drive in. They did a great job of answering questions about my allergies and clarifying worries about cross-contamination with other allergens. I can appreciate the politeness and kindness especially on a busy day in the field of customer service. Great job staff! :)
The WIFI offered has been greatly improved since the opening of the cafe! While it's not the fastest, it works. I have also noticed an improvement in customer service in the store vs. all focus being channeled to drive through traffic. This is a new location for this area, with a drive through, free parking, a large seating area inside and some limited outdoor seating for the warmer seasons. All of the other Starbucks conveniences are here as well. Now you are no longer limited to the Hanover location.
Starbucks is Starbucks, wherever you go. Great coffee, which for me, means awesome espresso.
Wish I could give it no stars since they aren't even open!! Still says open until 8 online and have all their drive-thru lights on then there is a piece of paper on the drive-thru window stating they are closing at 6 now.
As a coffee franchise, Starbucks, is well known and the products are pretty standard. What changes is the staff and this location has many who excel at customer service.
