Worst Customer Service. I bought 5pc wings and they gave me 4pc wings in the box. When I went back to ask them, the girl at counter asked me If I ate the other pc. She was working on 5th January at 8pm shift. As per receipt her name is Savannah,She was very rude and unprofessional. I run a business too and I advise the franchise owner to hire people with good attitude especially when you're running a business in on routes where there is a high foot traffic.

Most professional customer service I've seen in a while. I've been here twice in the last few months and the same guy, who like me has the name Eric served me. He seems to like his job a lot. I almost thought he was being sarcastic with how into his job he is, but I can tell it's genuine. Nice to see, given that fast food places in Toronto are nothing like that.

TERRIBLE service. I wanted a bucket of 12 pieces of chicken only. As a regular customer I expected no complications, we always order a single bucket of chicken for the road trip, no problem. Not only did the young lady cashier had no clue what she was doing but the manager (old lady) I believe. Was extremely rude and raised her voice at us for wanting a single bucket of chicken. But she had stated that she is not allowed to sell us a single bucket of chicken...? And apparently the policy has changed a “couple of weeks ago” and I cannot purchase it. She bargained us to buy a whole big feast that we would not be able to finish. Rude rude rude. The food is amazing though. Not professional people at all.

One of the Worst KFC ever. In past 6 years I've had many many times to stop and order their junk. Most the times is old and cold food. Every time I come here I regret. But due to my job sometimes I end up forced to do so. I noticed this location and the one cross of the Hwy their junk always cold cuz they know the type of customers they r dealing with. Their customers usually in hurry and they r traveling and they won't come back any soon. That's why these cheaters keep cooking to be ready to sell their plastic products:)))) And usually end up hate myself and regretting. Plz if u have to buy food from this rest area go to A&W or wait and stop in London..
