It ran by one person a very nice older gentleman who keeps his prices mostly lower than the mainstream liquor stores like specs. There is a very nice selection in stock in this little store not very many beers but most people in this town do not have fine taste for the Fizzy Bubbly. A side note he sometimes gives away free glass shot glasses with a purchase
