With exception to mayor McClendon these are the rudest people to deal with as a contractor. The Director of planning is a joke. The city has extorted money from me in the form of privilege licenses for years. Even after showing them a state statute fobidding this illegal act. City hall has called the police of me when I refused to buy a second privilege license in West Memphis. Code enforcement makes up their own rules that vary from job to job. This all depends on who you are. Code enforcement needs to be revamped, employees replace. This is the only way this city will get better!
