Majority of the clerks have terrible attitudes. Way too high for commercial utilities. We only have one utility company so they have a very high sense of entitlement.

We've had various experiences when calling WMU and getting answers, but I just spoke with Hannah who went above and beyond to help me. WMU as a whole gets a 3, but Hannah gets a 10.

Terrible! Absolutely horrible customer service skills. Won't answer if there is a power outage and will hang up on you when you finally get someone to answer. Dont call and ask them ANY kind of question, the answer will be \I don't have an answer for that.\ Power goes out multiple times a week with no explanation.

Not able to turn off water from the main. contact wm utilites tech said it was fine. had water leak in house still not able to turn of water from main. Going to see what the supervisor is going to do about this issue. I am not going to post his name as of now
