Awesome hotel! The facility is so nice, as well as great staff and service! They offer a variety of room choices. We stayed in a double queen suite with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch. The bathroom had a wonderful deep-soaking tub. The hotel offers an indoor pool with hot tub and fitness center. Outside there is a 3-hole green and a well-landscaped patio with a beautiful fountain designed into the landscape. Mondays-Thursdays from 6:30-8:30 they have a happy hour with free snacks on and 0.25 drinks of wine, liquor and beer (this is a huge seller!). They have an all-day coffee bar, complimentary hot breakfast daily which includes eggs, meat, pancakes, fruit, yogurt and a variety of other options. The staff was knowledgeable about ingredients with cut-outs from the boxes to help me identify gluten-free and dairy-free options. The combination of luxury, value and wonderful service means we will certainly be a returning customer!

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at any hotel. The first photo here is my map of all the IHG hotels Ive stayed at across the United States and as you can see it’s a lot and I’ve never experienced horrible rudeness like at this place. We showed up at 10 pm and the parking lot is empty as you can see in the second and third photo, and as we’re getting ready to head inside the front desk person comes out and tells us we have to leave, because we are in a truck and trailer and apparently they have a policy that you can’t park there with a pickup and trailer. My rig is not near heavy enough to do any damage to the pavement and the my way or the highway attitude he had made it so much worse. He didn’t ask any questions regarding the weight of our rig ect ect or try to give us any options even though we had a reservation and I’m a spire elite member just rudely asked us to leave and find another hotel in the area. And to make it worse he wasn’t even wearing a mask when he walked up to my pickup and the hotel requires the employees to wear a mask so he basically put me and my driver in danger and was also rude and unprofessional about it all. The parking lot was empty and they were obviously not going to fill that night being as late as we were getting there but he rudely told us that we had to leave and he wouldn’t allow us to check in and stay even with the empty parking lot that we had plenty of space to pull in and out. Ive pulled in at every holiday inn in every state in the United States showing in the first photo map with the same truck and horse trailer and never had anything like this happen before. I would recommend staying at the Hampton Inn next door. The Hampton allowed us to pull our truck and trailer in no problem even though their parking lot was full.
Poor customer service by what I was told a 20 yr employee. It wasn't just the payment policy which need to be updated with the changing times in the financial world. The ability for a Manger to treat potential guest the way she did and the business to not be updated on new banking standards.
Room was so beautiful, large amazing hot tub with romantic setting. The room was very clean and all staff very nice and welcoming. I'd go back for sure. Very modern decor and overall relaxing and pleasant experience
The staff were all outstanding and accommodating and the place was very clean and inviting. I definitely recommend this hotel.
I always liked staying here. It's clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Now if only they could have the pool and hot tub open it would be so much better. Thanks to covid they can't. I sure hope in the spring time they can. Still love it here though.
Beautiful hotel that is very clean you seem to be adhering to all the covid-19 rules that are now in place for hotels. Great customer service. We will definitely use this hotel chain again.
This is the best hotel stay I've ever had. The room was exceptionally clean, the service was friendly and energetic even at night. We were upgraded to a suite for free because the young lady that checked us in wasn't 100% sure the first room she'd put us into had been cleaned already. This will be our hotel of choice any time we're in town visiting family.
