Driver of truck 1826 nearly caused a catastrophic accident today 11/21/17 @ 1340 hrs on 70 W in Md. Driver changed lanes and failed to check before changing to the left. Nearly hit a small 4 wheeler and caused multi vehicle crashes. His reaction was to crudely flash a vulgar one finger hand signal at all drivers who witnessed his carelessness. Fire him!
