I have been in quite few B&B in my time but this place is quite different. From the start the room was not too comfortable and I could not share it with my friend (some internal rules), I did not enjoy the view from the window and I felt confined, Once my place was booked I could not leave the place as they want you to enjoy every minute. The location is ok as it’s right on the edge of the town centre - very convenient for people that need the bus or a taxi to get back home. The staff were friendly, always asked if I need anything and even accompanied me on the way to toilet.

I ended up staying here after visiting birmingham. Transfers to the accommodation was cramped but secure. On arrival I found the check in desk useful and accommodating. The food is awful and I do not recommend the all day breakfast. In fact it’s disgusting at any time of the day. The rooms are small but do come with your own toilet. Room service is available 24 hours a day.
This place is like hell was charged for \malicious comms and a bomb hoax\ but in my online video there was no real threat too the nhs I was just very upset and angry they chucked me in a cell and forgot about me my cell light was switched off the whole time and the intercom thing ignored on the wall.
Officer refused to give badge number
A friend was called in for a interview a few weeks ago. They were made to wait several hours. Not offered any water or food. Despite it being a incredibly hot day. They almost passed out on the bus on the way home. No one was also at reception for very long periods. There were people trying to contact a staff member for over forty minutes without any luck. This is unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional. At least treat people as human beings and not animals. *This happened at the visitor centre*
