I got my oil changed. Watched the guy go \check my rear diff fluid\ he took the cap off. I made a bet with my grandfather that he wouldn't actually put his finger in it to check it. He did not check it and put the cap back on. Got my sheet back. Said \service recommended\ on read diff fluid.

I usually am pleased with Car Wash West service, but this time not so much! I paid 40 to have car vacuumed and washed! I have 2020 Rogue. The wash was fine, but when we got into it to drive away they had not touched the seats! Granted our car was not that dirty just a little bit of dog hair on the seats and some grass on weathertec floor mats! I said this is unacceptable and pulled back around to make them do it again! It's a shame you have to be that way to get something do correctly! So it's safe to say I probably will be vacuuming my on car out from now on!
This place is amazing. They do a great job. I'll be taking all my vehicles here from now on. They also give a military discount. Nice
Very nice people and there were a couple of things that should've been done better but they did clean aback track in back of my vehicle that usually isn't cleaned. So all in all I'm satisfied and will visit again.
