Very nice people. They explain what your insurance does and does not pay for, show you where you can select frames. As long as my insurance will pay there I'll go to see them.

Dr. Chapman and Dillingham Optical West are amazing! Dr. Chapman is kind, funny, and just an all-around great optometrist. The clinic staff are always so nice and helpful. Anytime I have had an urgent concern about an eye condition, they have been able to squeeze me in for an appointment within the day. I could not be happier that I chose this practice when seeking vision care!

The staff members were all very polite and helpful! Dr. Chapman was awesome with my 8 year old daughter and with my husband and myself as well. He was also super patient with my 2 year old that wouldn't sit still while we were having our exam. Lol! I highly recommend this office!
