This is honestly my favorite place ever for ortho care. All of the staff are so nice and very respectful. Also doctor Turpin tells me every step along the way. This is my second round of braces from him and just like the first time it is going well.
Went to see Dr. Turpin for a consultation for braces and was VERY impressed. The staff was super friendly and very thorough and explained everything I needed to know. At the end of the visit the ladies would ask if I had any questions, but they explained everything so well that I didn’t have a single question. The office was super clean and neat as well!
My daughter, Allyson, recently began the road to a more beautiful smile and I am happy to say we chose Turpin Orthodontics! As a parent, I have been please with them in many ways. They have been flexible in scheduling her appointments & making her feel comfortable throughout the process (as well as myself). The entire staff (Monroe/West Monroe locations) have been extremely friendly and explained everything before proceeding with each visit. They greet us with a smile at every appointment. They have also been very informative and kind. I am looking forward to her journey with them over the next few months!

Turpin Orthodontics rates 5 star because they have a friendly staff that treats you like family. My oldest son went through the process with them and now they are making my youngest son's smile perfect also. My youngest son is very uneasy when it comes to new adventures and was very upset during his first visit. The staff was very comforting to him and explained the whole process so he could understand. Second visit he was excited to go and looks forward to all his visits now. Dr. Turpin and his staff are the example how all professionalism should work in any atmosphere. We could not have chosen a better place for our sons orthodontic work to be done. WE LOVE TURPIN ORTHODONTICS!!!!!
I searched for almost a year to find an orthodontist that fit our family's needs. Not only did Turpin meet those needs, they exceeded them! I appreciated the attention to detail that they gave my son to ease his nerves, the information they gave me to help me understand what they would be doing, and the great assistance that the staff gave me in selecting my financial plan and appointments. Hands down the best orthodontist West Monroe, Monroe, and Ruston!
