We rent a car once a year from this location (West New York, NJ on JFK Blvd) for an annual road trip and are always impressed with the professionalism of the team here. Their customer service is always on point and they get things done quickly and thoroughly even when it’s busy. You never see them sweat. Taylor helped us with our last rental and she was awesome! And we loved the car we got.

Very dirty place. So bad!!!! They wasted 40 minutes of our time to clean the car and after they were done, car was such a mess. So disappointed.
James and Moises are amazing . Very sweet , helpful and go there extra mile for you . I highly recommend them they are the best and the friendliest .. thanks again
Great place to rent a car from. Employees are super extra friendly and helpful. They are practicing social distancing all were wearing masks. The car was cleaned and sanitized before they handed it over to me. The only thing I was disappointed with I had an out of state license and I couldn't use my debit card. I needed major credit card. The website should explain that in detail had to make a second trip back with the credit card. Buy overall very busy place and lots of cars to choose from.
