Chose a 3 pc meal. No drink. Was charged separately each chicken piece. (which is understandable) but to box everything individually. I ended with 2 bags full of containers. Odd choice to pack everything individually considering it was just for 1 person

First of all no mac and cheese on the online menu and it is not available on the app or even on uber eats. Ridiculous that I have to call to add any notes for example no gravy on my mash. I CANNOT ADD NOTES. I have to look for the phone number and literally call them explain my order and tell them something i could’ve added it in the notes. On TOP OF THAT the lady on the phone gave me an attitude when giving her my order after waiting for the phone to endlessly ring. I honestly didn’t think anyone would ever answer. The customer service in this location is horrible and i thought i would get better seeing the ratings on google. Never coming back to this location again.

They don't clean the tables or floor. If you don't ask for napkins or condiments they won't give them to you. Overall my experience was not a pleasant one. The food was fine.

They always forget something, I got two chicken sandwich and one of the sandwiches was a combo, THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE FRIES

Just be careful and pay attention to chicken pieces request. I asked for a breast and wing and got a drumstick. Other wise the food was good, as usual.
