after pulling into the parking lot after driving an hour to my appointment I saw I had a voicemail that i missed from 15 minutes prior telling me my appointment was canceled due to the doctor being in surgery, I understand things come up but come on to cancel on me less than an hour before my appointment and I drove an hour on my only day off and now I have to wait another week? You can’t fit me in with another doctor for that time frame after inconveniencing me? They need a better system and the lady I spoke with acted like it wasn’t a big deal that I basically drove two hours out of my way there and back for nothing.

I am not happy with the service at CR Healthcare. The facility looks impressive because it is a new building but there is a lack of professionalism there. Not sure if it was racial bias or what, but I experienced very poor patient care. The doctors come and go and are not that patient friendly. They don't seem to care about you. Doctors are cold and indifferent. I simply don't trust them. The Administrators are not much better. They say they will call you back about serious health concerns and never get back to you. You have to chase them down to follow-up on your health issues. Then when you finally get them they act as if they are doing you a favor not like they are doing their job. They refuse to file complaints on your behalf also. Glad that I can post this as an alternative. The worst part was when i was sent to Columbia Presbyterian in NYC on a GYN Oncology referral. When I got there they were not aware of my appointment. It took CR HC months to follow-up regarding this issue. The doctor told me that my care was urgent but all of the staff including the doctor seemed to care less. Best OB GYN in the area is Dr. Ayew in Sprig Valley, period. I am in the market for a high quality Medical Group . I know superior healthcare when I see it. My family and I deserve the best healthcare services and you cannot get that at Crystal run Healthcare in West, Nyack.

I wanted to get tested before a procedure to reassure the doctor and medical staff that I do not have the Covid-19. When I spoke to a doctor, he suggested it be done 2 days before. I received a call early in the morning, 4 days prior to the procedure, and was told to come in for such test. The time agreed was 3:00pm. I called from the parking at 2:54pm, was told that I didn’t have an appointment. I won’t be wasting me time nor theirs. I was on the call for 23 minutes, almost 24 minutes by seconds, until the representative called the doctor. She checked me in at 3:18pm. I called back at 3:44pm, to be told that my appointments was for 3:30pm. Something totally incorrect. It is 4:03pm and I’m still waiting. How unprofessional. I have been with the West Nyack clinic for years. I even switched my insurance to stay there. Maybe, I should start looking for a different clinic. Unfortunately, all this waiting is not worth it. Note, in early March on a Saturday, I waited over one hour for the same test. It’s outrageous how the service changed since the pandemic.

I was in the area and I needed immediate medical attention. Crystal Run Healthcare was the nearest hospital. I parked, in excruciating pain, and went to the reception desk. The woman pointed me towards the ER but said they did not accept my insurance. I was okay with that, I just needed medical attention. The woman behind the desk said, No, you can't be seen without paying first or setting up a payment plan. I said, Are you out of your mind? Can't I deal with this later? This Crystal Run Healthcare Representative tried to usher me away from the ER and towards a office where I could set up a payment plan. I never got to speak to a doctor at this facility. I needed medical attention, not a financial consultation. After a few minutes the woman said I could not be seen in the ER without a payment plan. I drove away, drove to the nearest parking lot and called an ambulance. This was the worst medical experience of my life. If I had gone to Crystal Run with a bullet wound, they would have let me bleed to death in the bursar's office before giving me medical attention. This should be illegal.

TERRIBLE SERVICE I had an "appointment" to pick up a sleeping device and followed the directions of the representative that had called me regarding pick up procedure. I went upstairs to wait for some one to give me the device and the technician comes out of his office and starts YELLING at me! Saying that "they don't do walk in sleep testing!" and told me repeatedly "you should have called" and went into another room. that level of rudeness is more than a sign of poor service, its a big indicator of this facilities lack of professionalism. I cancelled ALL of my remaining appointments and will attempt to schedule elsewhere it will take a LITERAL miracle for me to return to this place.

One of the best places to get healthcare. Facility is clean and orderly. The CSRs are very helpful. You can almost get every medical care in one place without the need to go to different offices

I waited until my fifth awful experience to write this. This place does not care about people. They will pass you along with no concern, with a bill they told you you wouldn't get, or thats quadrupled, and will not answer your call. If you want to be taken care of, please go somewhere else.

As far I'm concerned, the facility is well run.the waiting is unusual short,and the doctors are very pleasant and friendly....the staff needs a little polish but other than that, it's a very pleasant please to get cured
