I am always impressed by the management and staff here at the West Nyack location. My order is right every time! I love the fact that they can accommodate large and unusually orders. During the current pandemic, Diego and his staff have been taking every effort to ensure health and safety. This is especially important to me as an emergency responder. I cannot afford to become infected and thereby put the lives of others at risk. The food is fresh. My kids love the bagels and muffins. I am on a Keto diet and still find access to great food that satisfies! Keep up the great work.

Delicious bagels and very friendly staff!! I stop by here on my way to work sometimes and I always feel welcomed here. Their coffee is amazing too - I recommend the snickerdoodle iced coffee.

I won’t lie, I’m not a frequent customer, but it’s just that I don’t know how to feel about this place. Customer service is nice (: , But I just don’t know why I feel like sometimes the bagels are like plastic. The coffee is always super strong and doesn’t matter how many times you tell the girls to put a bit more of milk or creamer, they totally ignore you. I tried one of their açaí bowls... I’m not a fan. Muffins are fine, service is nice most of the time & the amount of spread they do is nice.
