Fast in and out service if you have the receipt
I went to the store tonight really timid to buy a suit. I didn’t think I’d find one I really like but I was wrong. Not only did I find one that I really liked, the staff was super helpful in finding the suit. Both Johns helped me out. I was able to find one I’m really excited to wear and a store that has such kind staff! Thanks for helping me out!
If I could give the staff at this store a 0 for their customer service I would. Actually Kristen in particular, who has a horrible attitude and imo shouldn't be working in retail. I tried returning 2 items today and was told that, as per the store return policy, I was unable to do so. But the way she told me that information was with such attitude and disdain that I literally left the store in years. All that was unnecessary. Just say what you need to say with professionalism and that's it! I can try to see it from her perspective that maybe she had a bad day or maybe she has emotional problems, but regardless if she did have a bad day or if she does possibly have some emotional issues going on (like who doesn't honestly), as long I treat them with respect, I expect to be treated with respect by the staff of a store or restaurant that I'm in..especially when I frequent that place. I shop at Express ALL THE TIME, NOT ONLY IN THE STORES BUT ONLINE AS WELL!! Please believe that I'm going to think twice before walking into another Express store next time! Kristen please think before you speak next time and just leave your attitude at home. Oh btw, when I asked Kristen what her name was, she smiled, turned her back to me, and walked away, ignoring the question completely. What a way to treat a customer! I'd never treat anyone the way I was treated by Kristen today. This is what Express considers to be customer service these days??
I have a gift certificate which I wanted to use bit I didn't fine anything I liked. This store seemed to be smaller than others I've been to. I did go to an Express in NJ which I believe has a better selection.
Love this store great prices great selection and great sales people are helpful but at Palisades Mall the younger cashiers are not setting any speed record for holiday shoppers
Great beautiful clothing great service especially the women at the dressing rooms....
