Had such a great experience with this dealership from the first time I inquired about a vehicle until after delivery. Leticia Glenn is an amazing salesperson. I dealt with about four different people at various times and they were all great. Awesome communication. Up front pricing. Very transparent and I never felt pressured to make a decision about anything. They even delivered my car to my house an hour away! I would definitely do business here again and recommend them to friends and family.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Please stay away from this place. They sold me a car with mismatched tires (which is a severe hazard in inclement weather). When I called and complained they said they would give my 4 new tires. Instead they gave me 4 pre owned tires that were in horrible condition. This is the type of customer service you should expect at the West Nyack Kia dealership. The employees are generally good people except for Nick Faust (Salesman) and Justin Dennis (GM). Nick might have been one of the worst salesman I have ever encountered. Justin Dennis loves to belittle and patronizes customers. I think he has a Napoleon complex. Update: Took the car to a tire shop. This Kia dealership resurfaces my breaks (which I thought was a good thing). Turns out they resurfaced them to much and now I need new rotors! Very incompetent people.

Elias and Leticia were both very helpful and patient. My car was being shipped in and there were many delays with the delivery of the car but Elias the E-Commerce Manager was very helpful and great at communicating the whereabouts of my car as it was being shipped in(I emailed him A LOT and he was helpful each time). All in all it was worth the wait and I got my car for a good deal. Everything except the delivery(no fault of the dealership ) of the car went smoothly. Great staff with great communication skills.

My sales person Luis Rodriguez was GREAT. Smooth process and very knowledgeable about the product. He paired my phone and showed me all the features. John Molina was also GREAT. Handle and explained all the paperwork that I was signing. Definitely would be coming back for my next car and will 100% recommend/ Refer this dealership to my friend and family. Thanks again !!

I have to say that I was blessed to have a good sales girl that didn't try any tricks and kept the transaction simple. Her General Manager came to assist her with the negotiation and he was a straight shooter. I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles the same day. Just make sure you test EVERYTHING if it's a used vehicle cause our mom roof stopped working a day after. We now have to take it back. I should've caught it the day of to take care of the problem right then and there. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars.
