They are a rip off. I bought a screen protector and it wasn't good. In less than 20 mins it came off and they are giving me issues to get my refund

Be very careful if purchasing used/ refurbished products. They will not honor their bad products i purchased a iphone 6s one night prior to traveling overseas for a family member. Left it home, noticed an issue with phone. Place closed due to pandemic for four months. I go back 3 days past mall opened again. I admit i could not find a small cash register receipt after four months. The wanted to charge me for to “repair” a bad product they sold me. I smashed the phone on the floor on front of them. I would not win and with them. Wanted to give them the smashed phone and tell them to repair again and resell the faulty product again. I know my loss, hopely is theirs also. Denis , “ manager” seens like a nice guy, bad way of doing bussiness

Had my screen repaired day after started seeing cracks and the cracks are getting bigger everyday I went back to complain they say it fell i know for sure it did not fall just watch out to me it sounds like they have off market junky screens so just watch out because you pay top price and get garbage

Dishonest. When I told them I'd take my phone back since the repair was going to take too long, they said my phone was already sent to "a factory" when it was at their kiosk.

Stay far away, they'll promise to do the work, offer you a discount if you pay cash and then not not do it and refuse a refund!

Absolutely terrible they totally destroyed my phone. I had a cracked screen on my note 8 and they promised to fix it within the hour but ended up taking an entire 4 days they charged me 400 and the new screen went black after a day of using. When I went back to tell them they're screen was defective they told me they don't give any guarantee on their work and it's my own loss. They are not a legitimate business THEY ARE ROBBERS!!! Don't ever go to them!
