Have used other county companies over the last 33years and O'Sullivan has been by far the fairest prices and their cleanest is impeccable. Will continue to use them on a property with many trees. The staff is friendly and they are on time

Joe the delivery driver was super friendly and answered all the questions I had. My delivery was on time and he placed it exactly where I wanted it. Why would I carry around a bunch of bags when I can just have them deliver it. Friendly staff when I ordered. Amazing family owned company!
There's a scammer impersonating this company, spoofing their phone number, and harassing people. I assume because they're trying to hurt this business and generate bad reviews. I called them back and the company was very apologetic and said that they've received 3 other reports of the same. Sad to see local businesses getting attacked like this
Called for estimate for some minor tree work. Estimator came out on scheduled day didn’t seem to friendly at all in fact he was sort of a grump. Gave me the price I said okay and that they would call in 4 weeks . That was mid July it’s now mid September and no one has contacted me . Horrible way to treat a potential new customer.
Have been coming here as a homeowner for landscaping supplies for years. They recently changed policy so you cannot pickup 1 yard of topsoil at a time; minimum to yards. Receptionist/cashier is rude and couldnt be bothered explaining basic questions or concerns without rolling her eyes or trying to dismiss my questions. Will have to find somewhere else now where i can buy smaller quantities at a time....i dont need 2 yards for the project i am working on.
