Possibly the worst customer service in Rockland County. My husband actually walked out on them. Not only rude but very disrespectful as well. Definitely not interested in their patient care.

I have seen Dr. Wind on a number of occasions. He is a kind, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable doctor. He is willing to think outside the box and apply his knowledge rather than just regurgitate it as many other Physicians do. I feel comfortable and confident with his practice and deeply appreciate his time, energy, and application of intelligence to serve those in this community.

Husband came in for a blood pressure check. Either we had the wrong time or they gave us wrong time. Either way they would not work him in for a quick check. 5 minutes of someone’s time. Wanted him to reschedule. Not respectful of his time and woman at front checkout desk was rude.
