Anytime i shop here the staff is always great friendly and they don’t bother you every 2 seconds asking if you need help. They have always mentioned what sales and deals they have going on which helps since the candles are normally very expensive. Store is clean and organized.

I love this candle store! The candles are highly scented, so you can actually smell the scent of the candle when it’s burning — it fills the room. The packaging is so simple and stylish that it goes well with any type of decor. I also really appreciate that it comes with a lid — I have stopped buying candles without lids because the smoke from blowing them out is no fun just after you’ve been basking in their scents. Smells great and quality is amazing!
Staff is rude and unpolite. Stopped shopping at this store. Should hire people with better manners and customer service skills. Shame.
I remember when this store was clean, fully stocked and the staff greeted you the second you entered their store-which is common practice, or so I thought. 3 women were behind the counter talking about the cousins they hate while I was looking around with 2 other shoppers there. Not one employee spoke to us, nor did they come out from behind the counter to ask us, individually if we needed help looking for something. I actually did because the store is so different and things that have been in the same spot forever, were in places I’d never check. I felt as if I was bothering one woman when I asked where my favorite candle was. No one trimmed my candle wicks. No one told me about the coupon I was getting in my bag and certainly no one brought my bag around the counter and gave it to me. In fact, I asked the woman a few questions when I was waiting to pay and every answer was “I don’t know”, “I don’t know”. The other 2 women were standing there and didn’t offer an answer either. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in any store in my life. These women need to be trained in customer service, ALSO in the products they sell.
Lady in front was rude af...demanded me to sanitize my hands before entering even when I saw others walk right in...i turned around and proceeding spending my money in another store

Always great product but mostly sold out oud the sale stuff I wanted...
Worst shopping experience ever. Staff is politely rude. I am not shopping here again.
