I had just moved into a period property and decided the current trend for herringbone would be perfect for my ground floor rooms. I spent 5 months obtaining various quotes and found it more difficult than I thought it would be to find someone who could lay a quality engineered herringbone in the style and colour that I wanted. West One listened and came up with a good match and at a very competitive price. The job was completed in perfect timing straight after I had other decorating work carried out and a new fireplace put in. The floor has given the house the \wow\ factor - I love it! Very good experience with West One Wood Flooring. Mark was very helpful in respect of tailoring the soundproofing insulation options and meeting with the appointed surveyor to make sure we complied with stringent freeholder requirements. Our fitter Richard was very good and made sure he provided regular updates. Very responsive company. Pleased with the overall look of the floor in our flat.
