HORRIBLE. WARNING!!!! I had to call 10 times for them to finally schedule my endoscopy. The office manger is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. She hung up on me. They put you on hold and continuously transfer you’re call. They have horrible customer service. Too two weeks to get a doctors note for work that ended up only having two sentences on it. I do not recommend at all. Stay away.

Dr. Askin is amazing. When we were trying to get my ulcerative colitis better, he responded to our calls as if he was sitting by waiting for us. When I need an emergency appointment, he fits me in as soon as he can. When I call needing to speak with him, I usually get a call back within the hour. The only downside is usually the wait time is awhile, but that's come to be expected at any doctor's offices. Dr. Askin is very nice and professional and also remembers details about his patients' lives. Love this place. I've also heard similar things about Dr. Sloan.

Waiting for over an hour. Find this to be extremely rude. Have been long time patients and no one even apologizes or explains. People going in and out but not us and we made the appointment two days ago; if he didn’t have time why have us come in today. Was not an emergency.
