Charlie responded to my online inquire within 24 hours and gave me a soft estimate over the phone. They were able to make it out to my house the same day. I wasn't able to be home at the time but they called me once they got to the house and gave me the final estimate before anything was touched. I paid over the phone and they even provided finished pictures once the job was completed to ensure I was happy with the completion. My experience with Cypress Trash & Junk Removal was fantastic. These crew were awesome. Cypress Trash & Junk Removal team came to remove a bunch of debris from a renovation project, and we could not be happier to have gone with them. The owner came personally with the truck, arrived right on time and was quick and efficient getting everything loaded up. He even loaded some extra items for us that we hadn't previously discussed. He is one of the coolest guy I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and I don't think we will ever call anyone else to pull anything out of our house.
Everyone I encountered with was fantastic! I absolutely recommend this company for junk removal. Charlie responded quickly to my inquiry, and his associates showed up early to take my king mattress/box springs, were quick, and extremely professional. Will be using them again and recommend them highly!

Cypress Trash & Junk Removal team came at the time they said, and did everything they agreed to, leaving my space clean and tidy. The pricing for the services was very fair, and I can’t imagine a better value with anyone else.
