Do not go to this Mavis. My wife went there for a simple tire plug/ fix. Since we were due for an oil change, we decided to get it done there as well. The day after, we received an alert that the tire pressure was low so naturally we brought it back to have them check it out. The car was at home all night. We didn't go anywhere, but we heard air coming out. Took it back and asked them to check. Apparently it was was a completely different tire with another screw, in wall of the tire now, which means it needed to be completely replaced. Of course they didn't have the matching tire so now they are trying to sell us 2 new tires, because \they need to match.\ Anyway this is already looking real shady so we decline and decide to go elsewhere. Now all of a sudden the low oil notification light is coming on. We stopped at a gas station only to find out \There is barely any Oil In the Car\. This is a brand new car with low miles. We've barely driven it anywhere since covid. This place needs to be flagged for fraud. We're never going to Mavis ever again.

Lewis, the manager, went above and beyond for me today. I had a rim/tire leak that a competitor failed to fix properly. He took it upon himself to take care of me personally by giving the rim a proper power tool wire brush cleaning and checking that the tire/rim was leak free, all this while the shop was very busy. With my (Covid) mask on he didn't even know that I'm a regular customer there. This location continues to have great customer service along with more than fair pricing. As a retired Pennsylvania inspection mechanic I don't give 5-star ratings easily.
I recently went to the West Orange Site to have my truck serviced. Trevor, Ed and the Team were courteous and professional. I was satisfied with the results. I would recommend this center to family and friends. Thank you all for your assistance. Best wishes and be safe.
Love this store the manager Trevor, is amazing not only did he explain what needed too be done on my vehicle he gave me a very reasonable price. Trevor called me multiple times to give me updates on my vehicle very professional man takes much pride in his work. I definitely would recommend you see Trevor thank you again.
Only say garbage store. I buy 4 tires and Goodyear so I paid 915 dollars. 2 days later I say the tires are has problem, and manager says to me we can't do any thing. If u want we change new tire but you will pay again. Everybody I think never go this discount tire. I went to the this store one more time because change the tires. And I chose another tires so cheap each 15 dollars . After store say to me again we can't do anything . So I paid again balance price . So totally I paid 1000 dollars for cheap tires. Now you chose. First day I didn't check tires and second day I went to store I say one or more tire has a problem. Afternoon he call me and he said we checked and no problem. When I came back I checked tires left front tire wrong rotation I added photos. Because I know for snow tire is so important rotation. Thanks for reading. I wrote here because we earn money hardly.
