PanevaBread in Essex Green was a good experience. Honestly I would rather eat inside because I love the vibe but I used the Rapid Pick Up. The service was easy and the Rapid pick up was ready fast! You can pick up according to the last name you ordered by. There are three shelves and the food is placed in a closed and sealed bag. I would suggest bringing your bag to a table just to be sure everything you ordered was inside.The soups were still hot when I arrived home and the adorable pink tulip cookie was delicious! My favourite is the broccoli cheddar soup....its just so delicious!

Very friendly staff, and always helpful if I have any questions!!! Thank you, guys, for your work )) Food is great as well; Always getting a cup of soup, 1/2 salad, 1/2sandwich , and dessert. Cause I can’t pick just one or 2 items.. too good! Appreciate your kitchen , wide options, and workers who are doing a great job!
I always go to Panerai bread Essex green . This time was the 1st time I good a real bowl of salad with real silverware. Usually its the disposable container. That made the salad even better.
Love Panera bread went there with a special person. Definitely good memories
As others said, orders from this location are wrong more often than not (an issue before Covid-19 but worse since then). Attempts to provide feedback went nowhere. Can't keep justifying spending 10 for an incorrect sandwich with 2 slices of chicken on it, especially when so many good local restaurants need support. If you want quick food and aren't customizing it in any way you might get lucky. Otherwise, you can probably do better somewhere else.
The order was less aesthetically pleasing as far as packaging and the taste worst than other Panera Bread locations. Won’t patronize this place again.
Panera bread is a goto Resteraunt for my family. I especially like this store because there is more room to sit down especially during the pandemic. The food is good
I ordered the largest size of chicken noodle soup that Panera offers, which was 17.99 plus tax and I literally received only 1/4 of the container with actual substance and the rest was broth. I specifically asked in the comments section to not be given a container full of broth, yet I did anyways. This is absolutely unacceptable I literally paid almost 20 for chicken broth. Please address this matter and make the effort to rectify this issue with me. This was a total waste of both my time and money. I am recovering from surgery and was hoping for good soup to help with the nauseating effects of anesthesia. If I were well I would’ve went right back to the store to complain, but I’m not able to. The order was placed under my spouses name.
