What a difference a store makes. Escaped the rude, disrespectful employees at Shoprite of East orange to find this gem. Thank you west orange for being respectful, for stocked shelves, helpful emoyees, seafood department that looks like one. East orange smells terrible once you walk in. West Orange managers, thank you for training your employees the correct way. What a difference a town makes. Fresh food. Fresh fish. Employees that aren't annoyed for doing their job. I would give 10 stars. No fake taxi cab drivers harassing you outside. East Orange ghetto shopping. West Orange breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work.

The fruit and veggies are always fresh. But... I like this supermarket because of the sushi and the bakery! I was a little bit unsure about the sushi the first time because I really didn't know how long was the sushi there. But... I decided to try and.. OMG the best sushi! Super fresh, tasty... if you like fresh sushi and you don't have time to travel far for sushi??? Definitely you have to come here
This review is based on the deli experience. I usually avoid buying deli here because of the wait time. I understand your store implemented the new system to avoid contact with employees and its understandable. But having to wait almost an hour and your order still isn't prepared. You'd think it would take less time. Truly disappointing that you have to keep asking the employees and no one bothers to make the order you been waiting since 5:15, I ended up walking away at 6:15.
This is a great ShopRite in general, but I specifically want to praise Morna and the ShopRite from home team. On a recent order some much needed diapers didn't make it to our house, and when I called Morna went straight to see what they had left in stock, called me right back and sent them to us straight away. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful.
They upgraded and enhanced a supermarket going by the wayside and revitalized this location to now boast one of the finest shopping experiences you'll find within miles.
