I reserved a van for 10:30, arrived. No key. Auto system wouldn’t give me code to retrieve key. Some guy who had van yesterday showed up at noon with key but he wasn’t allowed to give to me. He put it in a lock box and I wasn’t given code. DO NOT under any circumstances RENT from this place.
