This is one of the best locations I've been to. Even with only two employees working, nobody had to wait too long. Maybe it's because the other locations have glass separating customers from employees, and they feel like they don't have to work as hard. I think being face-to-face helps the experience.

I went in to make a return. I needed tape and kindly as a women named Rashawna (not sure if i spelled it right) that worked there on the counter to borrow tape so I may close the bag which was going to be returned. She nastily answered we do not have tape and rolled her eyes. When she left the counter a man named Dave replaced her and I asked if I can staple it up or a close place I can purchase tape. He kindly took out a tape and taped the bag for me and assisted me with the rest of my task with the post office. Dave gave me great customer service. If it were not for the prior employees lack of assistance I would have rated it five stars due to Daves help.

The staff at this post office is the best - pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even when the post office is busy, they do their best to accommodate each customer and their particular needs as quickly as possible but with kindness.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WHY ANYONE WOULD EQUATE A BROKEN STAMP MACHINE WITH HEALTHCARE REFORM IS BEYOND MY ABILITY TO COMPREHEND. I DON'T HEAR CONGRESS COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR BENEFIT PACKAGE, MAYBE THEY SHOULD GIVE THEIRS BACK AND PAY FOR PRIVATE INSURANCE. ISN'T THE GOV. IN THEIR BUSINESS BY PROVIDING THEM WITH MEDICAL COVERAGE WE ALL WISH WE HAD?
