Great Appliances at a Great Price! It was a smooth buying process from start to finish. The staff were all very professional and helpful. I worked with Marlon, My Hero, who went above and beyond! He was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. It was also super nice of him to call after to check up and make sure everything was OK and I was happy. Such a nice store, clean and organized. Affordable as well! First thing I walked in with my mother and morty greeted us he was amazing, attentive, gave the best options and details great listener. Andrea spoke both English and Spanish and was amazing very helpful with my mother who only spoke Spanish. We left truly so satisfied with our buy brand new washing machine. Take my money! I needed a refrigerator ASAP. My appliance died the Friday prior to July 4th weekend. Luz was conscientious, attentive and sensitive to our needs as I had not planned to make such a big purchase. We found a great model at a great price and had it installed all within four hours. A Big Box store could never deliver the way these guys did. So grateful for Luz and Eddie for the soft sale tactic and Shazam and Juan who delivered a professional installation and wore face masks for added comfort. In addition to being patient enough to show my elderly father all the bells and whistles. Looking forward to my next appliance breakdown just so I can see these guys again!
