I found the staff to be very communicative and quick to respond to follow-up questions by text messaging. They delivered as promised. Overall very happy with the new shed and it was delivered as described. Just wish I knew it was going to be significantly elevated off the ground and that I would need to build steps/ramp to more efficiently get in and out of the shed.

We bought our 10x16 shed a year ago and we could not be more pleased. It is extremely high quality and just what we needed. Recently, we needed to reposition the structure and move it a few feet and again the team was really responsive and professional. Miguel came out to the house with his partner (he also installed it the first time around) and in a matter of a few minutes they accomplished the task. My compliments to them and to Stephanie in the office also, she is always on point with us and is a real credit to that business. Thanks all !!!
I bought two sheds from the Backyard Depot. Each building was for a different purpose. They have pictures of sheds they've sold in the past to give you ideas of what you can get. One of my sheds had to be transported with police escort because of its size, that costed extra (keep that in mind when you budget). You pay for the building, delivery, a crane, and possibly the escort. Both came on flatbed trucks and a crane lowers it into place. Make sure you prep the ground before they arrive because if your ground isn't flat neither will your shed be. They are helpful and reasonable priced. I'd use them again.

We did our research prior to purchasing our shed. There were a couple of local places that we were reviewing when my neighbor have Backyard Depot a great review. They did a great job from start to finish. The salesman listened to our needs and helped us select the best product for our needs. The product came in on time and the scheduling team worked with us to accommodate the delivery date with our crazy schedules. The install was professional and the finished product looks fabulous.
