There are several things I really like about this studio. The space itself is always clean and softly lit. There are a variety of classes offered and each instructor is unique. The instructions for all classes are clear and all instructors are very helpful. The music and visualizations go well with the poses/exercises. Other attendees are pleasant & easygoing. I definitely recommend this studio!

I have been taking classes at Bindu now for several years and absolutely love the teachers, the friendly and welcoming vibe from staff and the people who go here. The studio is conveniently located and the physical space is gorgeous. I have been practicing for years and am very discerning about the teachers I work with. Bindu’s has a staff of well seasoned and knowledgeable teachers that know how to read a room and cater to their students. I am grateful to be a part of this studio.

When I first moved to West Palm, I wanted to find a yoga studio that was welcoming and accessible and offered alternative (read: not just the trendy) yoga styles. I found everything I wanted and more with Bindu. I love the atmosphere and the guest teachers and special series offered here. I haven’t found another studio like it in the area and I highly recommend you try it out!
