Great store. Great People. Great service. I was able to choose the style of shirts i needed and have them printed the same day. God bless and thank you again for helping me.
Came in with an unusual request (basically wanted them to replicate a shirt I saw online). They only had an image to work off of and they sent it to a graphic designer who touched it up and sent the design back so they could thereafter make the shirt. Got two shirts for only 50 total. Didn't wash it yet so I can't attest as to wether the design would "come off" but it doesn't appear to be on the surface of the shirt like a sticker or anything. Overall great product, quick turnaround. Would recommend to others.
Our family Christmas t-shirts came out great! We got them next day (from small to 2xl sizes), the print job was fabulous and the price was absolutely right! I am referring everyone who needs a shirt made to Custom Shirt City!
Zero stars. Very unhappy. Here's why: I am a small business owner myself so wanted to support a fellow small business owner. Unfortunately, screen printing my biz name and 3 small images on 9 items took 4 weeks and would've taken longer if I hadn't decided to pop in because owner threw out my paperwork with contact info (?). After I made my order, I didn't hear from store so I waited 1 week, then called. He had 3 different reasons the job wasn't even started. OK. Another week, still no word. I call and leave my # on each voicemail message (at least 3). I finally get through and he says the items have been waiting for me & to come in any time. Owner agreed to meet me the very next day when he opens at 10am. He didn't arrive until 10:30am. Only half of the order was correct... 1 month after order was made my items were completed as requested. After 1 wash, the letters are starting to peel. :/
I ordered a shirt for a client.I took them 1 week and a half to do it.Had to go by 3 times to pick it up and the design looks like it should be on a shirt for a baby and looked faded. Now i have to find another local vendor. money wasted.
I would definitely not recommend this company. We paid in full in April and asked for our shirts to be sent to us and still not rcvd. He mailed regular post (supsdly) and didn't have the common sense to get tracking- 2x! I have left several messages, emails and even stopped by. He has not returned any of my emails or phone calls and its going on a month and a half- no shirts! He is a nice guy but poor business owner. Take your business somewhere else that cares about customer service and proper shipping!
I love these guys. I have a online store and use Custom Shirt City for my Shirt Supplier. Always on time and great service!!!
