Flat out told us they would not work through Bosh’s contract pricing . We unfortunately got stuck with a lemon to microwave oven combo we purchased from Bosch. They stated they would cover all cost associated with repairing it. Dollings said if we get another dispatch from them for your repair we are going to reject it. Spoke to Bosch again to have this repaired by another appliance repair company and they stated the note they received from DOLLINGS was oh the technician they use to repair that equipment is on vacation!!!!! What a bunch BS. Dollings terrible customer service !!!!!!and LIARS. DO NOT USE THEM ...nor recommend !!!! I work with a lot of vendors through my Company with BIG CONTRACTORS!!! And Vendors in the area!!!!! Terrible customer service Dolling’s !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have bosch appliances in one of my homes and a thermadore in the other, and i've used them because they are approved by the manufacturer's to maintain them. I'm a very happy customer. No complaints. Super hot guy also ;)

Our technician Brandon and his partner are excellent. They are extremely nice and professional. Explained everything that was wrong with our refrigerator. He also contacted the manufacturer and explained the reason why it should be under warranty. They didn’t want to honor the warranty but after Brandon spoke with them and explained it to them. They went forward and covered everything. I wish I can say the same with the customer service rep who answers the phone. She barely helped with communicating with the manufacturer and in fact told me that I had to deal with them directly, she wasn’t going to contact them and get any update. Took us about 1 1/2 month for repair but again the 5 star goes to Brandon. I’m glad that he services our location. As long as his out tech I’ll continue to be a costumer.

have a Bosch refrigerator that needed repair, and I'm very happy with Sam's company. Great customer service. As a snowbird in NY with my house on the island as a rental for people, I had to google and find a great company which handles this. It's really pleasant dealing with Sam and his repairmen on the phone, and it's working order for my renters and also ready for when i return. Appreciate it much. Thank you!
