Worst experience during my visit. I arrived on time for my appointment, they never said even hello, and they called me 15 minutes after my appointment time asking me about an authorization from the pediatrician... The person on the front desk is very unrespectful and doesn't know how to treat people with care and respect. I told her that please gave a couple of minutes to call the pediatrician and she just say: We are closing in 15 min. Good for her, she is going home at 4:00 without her son sick! Hope she never need a doctor ASAP for your kids.

The first time I met Dr. Cruz back in 2005, I truly felt like he had great concerns for my daughter's health. He explained everything clearly to my understandings. His staff is wonderful as well. Mrs. Patty works well with the kids. Dr. Cruz knew my daughter's health better than her pediatricians did. I will always love Dr. Cruz and his staff.
