I've been going to this FedEx for years and have always been very grateful that they are here and ready to serve. Like Panera bread, their employees receive special training on how to be polite. I'm very grateful for that and I wish that when I was in business I could have trained my employees in that way. however, it's no longer open 24 hours. I miss being able to go and get some work done at 3 AM. So I hope this virus is over soon.

I stopped by this FedEx Kinkos simply to drop off a prepaid package to return to the shipper. The line was super long, and they only had one person working the counter. She was a short young lady who came across as smug and entitled. She spoke very loudly and rough towards the customers. The store manager Amanda, who seems like she was in training, was very friendly and courteous. I'm on the fence with my recommendation of this particular FedEx Kinkos. 3 stars!

I had an architectural document I needed printing on a Sunday and the Fedex upload doc system said I had to wait 24 hrs. I called the store and Leo asked me to come into the store and he would take care of it. He managed to print it off for me whilst I was waiting. Thank you Leo for the extra special customer service!
