One star is because of Carmen! The young lady has No IDEA what she is doing! I was working with Sandra since 2014. She was amazing and very helpful but unfortunately she is not working because of the pandemic! Carmen was a mistake to hire in this office I tried to work with Her many times but just waisted my time!!!!!!!!!! So, I had to close all my insurance and start working with another agent! Highly NOT recommend her!!!!!!!!
